Independent Valuation Services

A Professional Background Built for Rural Ontario

My professional background brings together practical agricultural experience, residential construction expertise, formal valuation education, and professional appraisal training to provide informed, well-supported valuation opinions across agricultural, commercial, and residential property types.

Roots on a family farm in Southwestern Ontario, William developed firsthand knowledge of agricultural operations through years of on-farm work and custom application. That practical experience continues to provide valuable insight when appraising agricultural properties.

Before entering the appraisal profession, I spent over a decade in the residential construction industry, including framing houses and Tarion Home Warranty services for a leading residential builder in Southwestern Ontario. This experience provides a practical understanding of building construction, quality, and progress inspections that supports residential and new construction appraisal assignments.

Together, this combination of agricultural experience, construction knowledge, formal valuation education, and professional appraisal training provides a practical perspective that supports credible valuation opinions across a wide range of property types.
